CrossFit begins with a belief in fitness. The aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness.

Our qualified coaches lead the program for each group class. Our Long Term Member Development Program allows members to join a class at the level appropriate for them and get the required intensity to work towards their goals. Check out our different levels of classes below:

Adults Classes

Fitness

This program is aimed at members who want to get a great workout without having to worry about learning advanced gymnastic and barbell techniques.

Workouts focus on introducing staple lifts, body weight exercises and modified movements.

Perfect for;

  • Members who want to maintain and improve general Health and Fitness.
  • Members who are new to CrossFit.
  • Members who are recovering from injury or previous injuries.

Performance 

This program begins to introduce members to a different variety of higher skilled barbell and gymnastics movements.

The movements are more complex and the energy demand expectations are higher so a good understanding of pacing is required.

Perfect for;

  • Members who feel ready to to learn more advanced  movements.
  • Members who wish to work towards increasing the complexity of their workouts.
  • Members who may want to compete in a CrossFit competition.

 

Kids, PreTeens and Teens Classes

Our CrossFit Kids program emphasises good movement throughout childhood and adolescence in a fun environment. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance, and fewer sports injuries for kids. Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means that consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.
