Starting Nutrition Guide for CrossFit Sands Members

This would be a good starting point for anyone new to CrossFit or new to healthy and optimal eating.
This is not something I would recommend for everyone, but the Paleo diet is an excellent starting point.
My nutrition is around 90-95% Paleo and I have had great results from it, so have many clients and members.
