Our training programs are designed for everyone from the complete beginner to the elite athlete, for all ages, body types and varying fitness levels and include:
The aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness. We use the ten recognised fitness domains; increased power, speed, strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, stamina, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy to formulate a customised fitness plan.
Crossfit is for the complete beginner to the elite athlete, for all ages, body types and varying fitness levels.
Every class is led by a qualified Coach and is limited to the number of members per coach to ensure each member receives sufficient attention, quality coaching and ensuring maximum possible safety.
Our CrossFit Adults program runs 7 days a week, Mon to Fri morning and evening classes; Sat & Sun morning classes.
Every day has a new and different Workout of the Day (WOD) programmed by our expert coaches based on different functional movements that reflect the best aspects of weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing and more.
Our CrossFit Kids program emphasises good movement throughout childhood and adolescence in a fun environment.
Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance, and fewer sports injuries for kids. Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means that consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.
IGNITE is a fitness program offering simple, easy to implement movements and conditioning pieces mixed in a variety of combinations and time durations. All movements in the classes are scaled to your personal needs by our expert coaches.
Workouts include bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, bands and more. We believe in functional movements which translate to activities outside of the gym, these functional movements make up the majority of our programming.
We mix these functional movements with rowing, biking, running and more.
Our IGNITE program runs Mon to Thurs each evening. Classes are programmed by our expert coaches and is different every day.
IGNITE is a perfect starting point or reintroduction to functional training yet intense and challenging for those who have been training for a long time. Each class is scaled to become more or less challenging dependent on your individual needs.
If you are looking for premium individual coaching to achieve your personal goals then personal training is perfect for you. Personal training can be taken as 1 on 1 sessions or small group classes.
Our world class coaches will individualize your training program and lifestyle habits to ensure you achieve your goals safely and effectively.
